Aim:
The Child with Cancer short course is a five day program designed for nurses who wish to gain further knowledge and experience in the specialty area of paediatric oncology. The course aims to provide an understanding of common childhood malignancies and treatment, with emphasis on the impact of childhood cancer, the family, service delivery, ethical considerations, survivorship and late effects.

This course is accredited with the University of Melbourne as an unspecified credit in the Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing Practice.
