Regional Outreach and Shared Care Program (ROSCP)

The ROSCP is a program that facilitates the transition between the primary treating hospital and the regional centre that cares for children and adolescents with cancer. Long Term Follow-up Program (LTFP)

The Victorian Government has identified Long Term Follow-up (LTF) as an area of high importance and has funded the development of a state-wide program for survivors of childhood cancer. The program is accessible to all paediatric and young adult survivors of childhood cancer living in Victoria. LTF aims to provide each individual with a tailored approach to meet their ongoing needs, in the environment best suited to the level of care required and with an appropriate transition plan to adult-based community or hospital services. The LTFP was officially launched on 22nd July, 2009 at the RCH by the Minister for Health, the Hon Daniel Andrews MP.

If you would like to know more about the LTFP please contact: Trudi Spence, LTF Program Coordinator
