| The PICS acknowledges the valuable role that consumers play in supporting health policy development and service delivery and is committed to maintaining an organisational culture that values consumer participation. The PICS regularly produces information and resources for families in collaboration with The Royal Children's Hospital and Monash Children's at Southern Health.
